My Role:

This logo was crafted during my time at Skywest Airlines for a company-wide program they created called "RAVE". The purpose of this program was to recognize and honor employees who went above and beyond the call of duty.

The typographic "R" of this logo was designed by another teammate at Skywest. I was then presented the task of creating and incorporating an element to the logo that would better match the company airline identity. Design specifications detailed that the logo would need to stand by itself as an icon, but also allow the integration of key terms associated with the employee "RAVE" program such as recognition, recognize and rave.
